Meet Verity, Retail Finance Consultant. Every day brings something different, with the opportunity to connect with businesses across a wide range of industries and introduce them to the benefits of offering finance to their customers.
A typical day involves reaching out to businesses, learning about their goals, explaining how Ideal4Finance works, and discussing how flexible finance can help them increase sales and improve customer affordability.
From there, Verity arranges meetings with our Business Development Managers, who continue the conversation and support businesses on their journey with us.
When asked what they enjoy most about the role, it’s the variety and the people that stand out.
“I like the flexibility of the job and speaking to new people.”
Outside of work, Verity enjoys making the most of their free time by catching up with friends, going to live music and gigs, swimming, and heading off on camping trips. Spending time with family is also high on the list.
Like many of us, career ambitions have changed over the years. Growing up, Verity dreamed of becoming a singer, a footballer, or even a firefighter before finding a career helping businesses succeed through finance.
And finally, an important question… what’s for lunch?
For Verity, it’s usually a good sandwich, a snack, and, if possible, a Snickers to finish things off.
