Recently named Hot Tub Company of the Year in the South England Prestige Awards, the business is the UK\u2019s only manufacturer-endorsed repairer of inflatable hot tubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Owner and Director Justine Smalley runs the business with her husband Chris (pictured above). As well as servicing and repairing inflatable and acrylic hot tubs and swim spas, they sell a huge range of quality acrylic hot tubs and spas, alongside accessories, chemicals, air source heat pumps and other outdoor equipment. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Six months ago, Justine started working with Ideal4Finance to offer customers flexible payment options. \u201cWe have a very diverse customer base and wanted to give as many as possible the opportunity to purchase by spreading the cost. Customers were asking us about monthly payments for larger purchases, so we knew there was a demand.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justine chose the 0% and fixed rate package and has seen a positive effect on her business. \u201cHaving a finance facility has definitely made a difference, creating more chances for customers to buy from us because they can spread the cost,\u201d says Justine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe sold the very first Spaberry hot tub to be sold anywhere in the UK, a very proud moment for us, and we won that sale by being able to offer finance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justine reports that customers have been pleasantly surprised by the rate they have been offered and by what the payments look like on a monthly basis. \u201cIt\u2019s definitely created more conversations with customers and is a great opportunity to build relationships, which is what we are all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur customers are all lovers of outdoor space, and we really want to help make what they want more affordable to them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on the customer service she receives from Ideal4Finance, Justine says: \u201cI have nothing but praise for the service we receive. It\u2019s always been first class, with every question dealt with quickly and efficiently.
