Her ability to guide customers through the process with clarity and empathy has resulted in record breaking satisfaction scores this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BDM of the Year &#8211; Danny Andrew<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danny Andrew represents reliability, teamwork, and worth ethic. He supports those around him, brings energy every day, and consistently delivers at a high level. His approach and attitude make a real difference to both performance and team culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sales Director of the Year &#8211; Kaitlyn Ashworth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaitlyn Ashworth is not only an incredible photographer, but she is our Sales Director of the Year. Her leadership has been the driving force behind the success of the entire department. Stephen has been working like a dog, travelling up and down the country to build lasting relationships.
