Tawhid Harun joined Ideal4Finance in August 2023, working as a general assistant, where he gained knowledge of how the business operates, enhancing his already great soft skills in communications, teamwork, and time management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Progressing in his career and continued professional development, Tawhid stepped into a new role in the accounts department as an accounts apprentice. Currently working towards his AAT Level 3 qualification, Tawhid has been performing tasks such as setting up payment schedules, weekly wages, reconciling on Xero, debt collections, creating invoices and payment allocations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFrom the day I started to now, I feel like my knowledge and skills have grown rapidly and that I am going down a positive path,\u201d said Tawhid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing his apprenticeship, Tawhid plans to continue his studies to become a chartered accountant and has ambitions to reach the top of his profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy manager also took the apprenticeship route, and she is an inspiration to me,\u201d says Tawhid. \u201cShe has inspired me to work even harder and to continue developing my knowledge and skills further.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tawhid has quickly become a vital part of the accounts department at Ideal4Finance. With determination and ambition as his momentum, he is heading for success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
